Baseball Who plays Special Needs Baseball ANY child five years old and up or adult that has a disability. We have players that are mentally, physically, visually, and hearing impaired. While some players are not physically impaired, others may use wheelchairs or a walker. It is very exciting to watch even the most "inexperienced" and "apprehensive" players as they improve their skills, make new friends and learn to play as a team. Most rewarding to watch, is the look of pride and accomplishment of the players when a hit is made, while running the bases or a ball is caught, that is truly what our program is all about!
How the
game is played We have three different
leagues: Anything Goes, Friendly Competition and Big League. We play our games at Bay Creek Park in Grayson on Friday evenings or Saturdays. Fee: $45.00 covers complete uniform (Hat, Shirt, Pants and Socks) and Trophy Limited numbers of scholarships are available upon request
